Monthly and seasonal stays: One month deposit is required.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the first day of the reservation: Your payment will be refunded less a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 2-5 days in advance of the first day of the reservation: 50 percent of your payment will be refunded less a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the first day of your refund: Your payment is non-refundable.
The daily time period begins at 1 PM MST.
Early departures: NO refunds or credits.
