Park Rules

Rice Ranch RV Park
Policy/Terms of Service

Reservation and Check-In Policies: For daily and weekly stays, full payment is required at time of reservation. Check-in begins at 1 PM MST and check-out is at 12 PM MST. Early departures: NO refunds or credits.

Payment and Fees: Please see our Rates page for fee structure including on- and off-season rates. Taxes and fees may apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Campsite Rules: Campfires are only permitted in raised fire pits. Rentable raised fire pits are available on a limited first-come, first-serve basis. Contact the office for more information. Pets must be kept on-leash or housed at all times on park grounds, except in the dog park as applicable. More than two pets per site require special permission from management and may incur an additional $10 per pet per night fee. Pet waste clean-up stations are available throughout the park. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in removal from the park with no refund. Vending is not allowed on Rice Ranch property. There is a maximum of two vehicles allowed per site. 

Code of Conduct: Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. We ask that you refrain from smoking marijuana in public areas. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in buildings or restrooms. Public intoxication is not tolerated, and you will be asked to leave the park with no refund. Refrain from walking through other people’s campsites. Clean up after yourself and your pets. Please keep music, TV and activities at a respectful volume. Children under 12 must be under adult supervision at all times.

Facilities and Amenities: There are currently no showers, restrooms, or laundry facilities provided by the park. Please plan accordingly. Pickleball courts are lit and may be used from 8 AM to 10 PM. Equipment may be checked out from the office. Dog park is available at all times. Dogs must be well-behaved and socialize well with other dogs in order to be off-leash in the dog park.

 

Vehicle and RV Regulations: All RVs booking daily or weekly reservations must be from the year 2000 or newer, clean, and in good repair, with fully-functioning plumbing (no bathroom facilities are provided by the park). If you wish to stay at the park with a clean and well-maintained vintage RV, you must first contact the office and receive individual approval of your Monthly and seasonal reservations must be from the year 2014 or newer, in addition to the above requirements, and submit photographs of the RV before approval is granted.

Guest Policies: There is no parking provided at the park for unregistered visitors. Unregistered people who are visiting guests must be accompanied by a registered guest. Your visitors must stop by the office for a day pass before going to your site. Visitors must not be on park grounds between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Environmental Stewardship: The park provides trash pick-up Sunday through Friday. Trash must be in tied trash bags and left on the roadway in front of the RV. Trash must be set out for pickup by 11 AM. You may also dispose of your own trash by bringing it to our dumpster at any time. Please dispose of ashes in the ash barrel located next to the dumpster. Per Arizona Dept of Environmental Quality Aquifer Protection Code: Title 18 Chapter 9 Article 107.A – There can be NO washing of vehicles, equipment, animals, or anything that causes wastewater to penetrate the ground. No substance of any nature is to be dumped on the ground.

Security and Safety: If an emergency occurs, call 911. Please secure your valuables out of sight and keep your vehicles locked. The park cannot be held responsible for damage to or theft of personal property. We latch our gates at 10 PM. If you need to enter or exit the park after that time, please latch them shut again behind you.

 

Enforcement and Penalties: Violation of park rules may result in eviction from the park with no refund at the discretion of the management.
